  • Do the citizens get to vote on this? The office space scenario would negatively affect where I live.

    The City will hold open houses prior to the Comprehensive Plan's adoption. Additionally, public hearings will also be held at the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council meetings when the plan is being acted upon.


    The open houses and public hearings will allow residents to provide their input on the plan, but the plan will be voted on by the City Council following a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
