Water Conservation in Corinth
Water is one of our most valuable resources, and it is important now more than ever to proactively conserve.
Effective immediately, residents are to limit outdoor watering with automatic systems or hose-end sprinklers to no more than two times per week. Additionally, outdoor watering with automatic irrigations systems or hose-end sprinklers is prohibited from 10am to 6pm. Residents are also being asked to comply with the following conservation efforts.
- Check your home’s irrigation system for leaks.
- Reduce the frequency of draining and refilling swimming pools.
- No filling or refilling of ornamental fountains and ponds.
- No hosing off paved areas, building, windows, or other hard surfaces
- Don’t leave sprinklers unattended.
- Restrict washing of any more vehicle to the use of a hand-held bucket or a hand-held hose equipped with a positive shut-off nozzle for quick rinses.
