    Mayor Heidemann is a retired business manager and is currently employed by DATCU. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree before attending graduate school at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Columbia University.

    Mayor Heidemann was appointed to Council Place II in November 2014 and was first elected Mayor in May 2015. He is focused on serving the City of Corinth by promoting innovation and preserving the quality of life for the residents of Corinth through planned growth and development and continued communication with the community.

    Sam graduated from Krum High School and received his Bachelors in Liberal Arts from Austin College. He received his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law and received his board certification in Civil Trial Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. After graduating from Texas Tech, he returned to Denton to practice law.

    Sam was originally appointed to Council Place I in October 2015. He was also appointed to Mayor Pro Tem in May 2018. In addition to serving on the Corinth City Council, Sam has served as a board member of the Corinth Economic Development Corporation. For several years, he also served as a member of the Board of Communities in Schools of North Texas and is a past president of that organization. Sam also served as a Director of the Denton County Bar Association and as a member of the Denton County Bar Association’s Judiciary Committee.

    Resident of Corinth for 12 years, Scott has been serving in Council Place II since May 2015.

    My Mission – To represent the residents of Corinth in a manner that fosters unity, forward thinking and economic development within our City.

    Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from UNT (GO Mean Green!). Ownership in two small businesses representing the Healthcare and Real Estate markets. Financial Peace Coach.

    My husband, John and I have been residents of Corinth for 11 years. I was elected to Council Place IV in May 2018. Currently I am president of Corinth Economic Development Corp., the community/charity liaison for Oakmont Women’s Club, serve on the board of governors for Oakmont Country Club, serve as a mentor through Communities In Schools North Texas, the executive director of Lake Cities Chamber of Commerce and a member of Thousand Hills Church.

    I have also served on the Board of Directors for Boys and Girls Club North Texas, Board of Directors for Lake Cities Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors for Friends of the Family and was a Founding member of Christian Community Action Charity League.

    Kelly has lived in Corinth for 19 years and plan on living here for many years to come. She is invested in the city and wants to live in a city that is thriving now and for years to come.
