November 2023 Update

The Contractor is working up upgrades to their internal systems to allow pre-sales sign ups starting December 1^st with the expectation of being able to start doing installations on January 2, 2024. The expectation is to have 100% of the original service areas up and running by March 1^st (this does not include new developments).
